Subject	TT driver's exhaust has little flow

Message	I dropped in a 95 USDM engine into this TT and finally got it running but now I got two big problems: 1) it overheats on idle - this may be b/c of hot weather and no air flow through radiator but may be related to #2 2) the driver's side exhaust has very little flow, passenger has normal I'm worried the turbo is siezed up and blocking flow or something, but the turbos are sport 500s with 3k miles. The whole engine has practically everything new on it including new harness.
